This policy explains how Kuver Mobility Ltd, trading as KUVER, uses cookies and similar technologies on kuver.co.uk and, where applicable, in our passenger app and communications. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy: /privacy.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, SDK identifiers and tracking pixels that store information or access information on a device. Session cookies usually expire when a browsing session ends; persistent cookies remain for their stated period or until deleted.

Strictly necessary: technologies required for a service you request, such as authentication, booking-session security and recording cookie choices. They are limited to the necessary purpose and do not require consent where the applicable exception is satisfied.

Preferences: optional technologies that remember choices for convenience. Optional technologies, these are used only after you agree unless their specific use falls within a documented lawful exception.

Analytics: optional technologies that help measure use and improve the service. Under this policy, these are disabled until you consent.

Advertising: optional technologies that measure campaigns or support personalised advertising. These are disabled until you consent.

A label does not determine whether consent is required; the actual purpose and use do. We do not classify advertising or unrelated tracking as essential simply because a supplier provides it.

Include technologies set by embedded maps, booking widgets and payment integrations where applicable. Do not assume a third-party integration is exempt merely because it supports booking or payment.
