Booking with Kuver is quick and easy! Most bookings are confirmed within 2-5 minutes. For immediate rides, our advanced dispatch system will find the nearest available driver and provide real-time tracking. Scheduled bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance. You'll receive instant confirmation via SMS and email with driver details and estimated arrival time.

You can register as a Kuver member by creating an account on our website or mobile app. Simply provide your contact details, email address, and phone number. Membership is free and gives you access to exclusive benefits including priority booking, ride history, favorite destinations, and special member discounts. Corporate accounts are also available for businesses with volume booking requirements.

Kuver accepts a wide range of secure payment methods for your convenience. You can pay using major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), contactless payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant systems ensuring maximum security. Corporate customers can also arrange monthly billing and account-based payments for regular business travel.

You can cancel your Kuver booking easily through multiple channels. Free cancellation is available within 5 minutes of booking confirmation. After this period, a £5 cancellation fee applies. You can cancel via our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service at +44 7482 336667. For scheduled bookings, cancellations are accepted up to 1 hour before the pickup time. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
